   A 30-foot-tall (9-meter-tall) cigarette butt sits in the middle of Trafalgar Square on Tuesday. The Keep Britain Tidy campaign, run by the charity ENCAMS, installed the structure to remind citizens that cigarette litter dirties 78 percent of streets in the United Kingdom.
