BEL share bonus record date is September 16, meaning those having BEL share in their Demat account on September 16 will get 2 bonus shares absolutely free for every 1 share.
“The company has fixed Friday, the 16th September, 2022 as the Record Date to determine the eligible shareholders to receive bonus shares as approved in the 681h Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 30th August, 2022,” BEL said in a filing.

BEL share will turn ex-date a day ahead of the record date. An ex-date is the last day to buy shares of a company in order to become eligible for receiving bonus shares. Those buying BEL shares after ex-date will not be eligible for receiving bonus shares.
