Closing Bell: Sensex surges over 500 points, Nifty50 above 17650 – IT, Bank and Financial stocks support market most

At the market close, the BSE Sensex was up 515.31 points or 0.81 per cent to 59,332.6 and Nifty50 was up 124.25 points or 0.71 per cent to 17,659.
