CWG 2022 schedule 28 July: The stage is set for the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham, England. The opening ceremony at Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham on June 28 will kick off the games.
The full-fledged action will start on June 29. The games will conclude on August 8 and the closing ceremony is also scheduled on the same day.
All the Commonwealth countries including India will take part in the games.
On the eve of the Opening Ceremony of the Games, athletes, including the hockey men’s and women’s teams of India, took part in the flag-hoisting ceremony at the Commonwealth Games Village, Birmingham.
