India’s former pacer S Sreesanth claims that if he was a part of Indian cricket team under Virat Kohli’s captaincy then India would won more three world cups of year 2015 , 2019 and of 2021. Sreesanth was very lucky that he lifted T20 World Cup in 2007 and ODI World cup in 2011.
The sports career of Sreesanth has took a very bitter turn and he was banned from all formats because he was involved in match fixing. But Sreesanth don’t give up and make a very strong comeback after nine years in domestic matches. But on 22nd of march 2022 Sreesanth took retirement from all formats of cricket.
“If I would have been a part of the team under Virat’s captaincy, India would have won the World Cup in 2015, 2019 & 2021,” Sreesanth said in an interaction with Times Now. The express pacer also talked about the art of bowling yorkers on a consistent basis and revealed that his coach taught him to bowl yorkers with a tennis ball.
“It is important to visualize while playing and small regions do not make any difference. Rather it is better to learn such tricks here, given there are a few distractions. My coach taught me how to throw yorkers with tennis balls. If you ask Bumrah, he’ll say that it is easy too,” Sreesanth has added.
