Upcoming Housing and Land Use-Related Events:
- Monday, Nov. 14 at 1 p.m.: Community Service Society of New York will hold a virtual in-depth discussion about social housing policy in New York City, the topic of a recent report from the organization. More here.
- Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 9:30 a.m.: The Landmarks Preservation Commission is holding a public meeting with respect to properties in The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. More here.
- Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: The New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) will hold a hearing virtually and at the U.S. Custom House auditorium, to collect public testimony on DHCR’s new proposed regulations for rent stabilized apartments. More here.

- 110 West 123rd Street Apartments, New York, for households earning $100,458 to $187,330
- The Marathon Building- 31-07 38th Avenue, Long Island City, for households earning $83,143 to $215,150
- 420 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn, for households earning $21,943 to $187,330
- Linden Terrace ll, Brooklyn, for households earning $16,183 to $115,850
- Astoria West Phase 2, Astoria, for households earning $80,572 to $187,330
- 168 Force Tube Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning $63,429 to $215,150
