Upcoming Housing and Land Use-Related Events:
- Thursday, Sept. 22 at 2 p.m.: The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will host a virtual webinar on its fair housing programs. Register here.
- Friday, Sept. 23 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council will hold a joint committee oversight hearing on water testing at NYCHA’s Riis Houses. More here.
- Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 8:30 a.m.: Citizens Budget Commission will host a webinar panel discussion on decision-making in the city’s land use process. Register here.

NYC Affordable Housing Lotteries Ending Soon:
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) are closing lotteries on the following subsidized buildings over the next week:
- 724 Elton Avenue Apartments, The Bronx, for households earning between $65,143 – $187,330
- 63 Lewis Avenue, Brooklyn, for households earning between $75,429 – $156,130
- Gotham Point’s North Tower, Queens, for households earning between $16,183 – $273,075
- 2311 Andrews Avenue Apartments, The Bronx, for households earning between $54,686 – $187,330
