Seat belt will now be mandatory for all passengers travelling in the car. The announcement was made bt Union Road and Highways minister Nitin Gadkari. The big announcement on this was made on Tuesday where the minister said that seat belt will be mandatory for all passengers present in the car.
The rules on this will be issued within the next 2-3 days.
The decision comes amid the tragic death of Cyrus Mistry, former Tata Group Chairman and Director of Shapoorji Pallonji & Company
