The Indian markets on Monday closed flat with a negative bias with both benchmark indices – Sensex and Nifty50 – closing marginally lower. While broader markets outperformed the benchmarks such as mid and small-cap each gained nearly 1 per cent on Monday.

From Q1 results to the ex-date of dividend and bonus, the domestic market to witness the action in stocks like HCL Tech, Delta Corp, Anand Rathi, 5Paisa Capital, and Tejas Networks among other counters.

5Paisa Capital: Company reported mixed results as revenue grew by 40 per cent year-on-year, but margins declined to 21 from 25 per cent YoY in Q1FY23.

Spandana Spoorthy: Company registered lower numbers, wherein revenue dipped nearly 40 per cent YoY and GNPA surged to 15 from 5.5 per cent YoY in Q1FY23

Suryoday SFB: In its Q1 update, the company reported a surge in gross advances by around 28%, disbursements improved by 181 per cent, while CASA ratio grew by 21 per cent YoY.

ITI Ltd, Tejas Networks, Indus Towers, and D-Link are in focus, as DoT amends the telecom license norms, wherein only trusted sources company would have compulsory procurement and untrusted sources would first have to take permission from the authority.

Techno Electric: Company announces Buyback scheme of around Rs 130 crore, which is a premium of Rs 325 per share.
